Ballesta Vineyards Located in Northern California contacted Steven Noble to create a custom illustration for their vinegar labels. Ballesta translates in Spanish to “Crossbow” in English which was primarily used as a military weapon during the middle ages. The illustration was hand-etched and supplied as a digital file.
