Voice Design contacted Steven Noble to work on the new wine label illustration for Naked Wines called Carpenter Rocks. The illustration depicts the ship SS Admella wrecked at this location (called Carpenter Rocks) back in 1859 .This happened at night in treacherous seas against rocks protruding from the waves. The rocks are also the typographic letterforms "R O C K S" that interact with the waves as though the waves are crashing up against and around them with the ship leaning over on its side and the hull and full moon shining through heavy clouds. The wine is Grown in South Australia's coolest maritime climate - Mount Gambier.
