Colt was appointed to create the brand for Contigo which is a new restaurant, just off Trafalgar Square in London which delivers high-end Nikkei cuisine. With positioning and a visual approach that was very much about ‘where fine dining has fun’, they set about teaming up with Steven Noble to help illustrate and create a brand that combined traditional high specification finishes that would be expected but with a wit and charm that is, more often than not, missing in the traditional fine-dining restaurant. Artwork was traditionally hand-drawn in a woodcut style.
