The District of Columbia is a place that is made up of distinct neighborhoods. In a continuing effort to be part of the fabric of the community, the DC Lottery is celebrating neighborhoods with twelve Neighborhood Scratcher tickets. Each ticket carries customized artwork by Steven Noble that has a distinctive scene from the neighborhood it represents. This campaign has gone on to win multiple awards for both film and design. This includes a gold Telly, a gold Addy, and more.
