Guahyba Estate Wines

The creative composition of the labels was built based on graphic styles, ornaments and fonts that evoke documents, news and letters of the time. A thematic project that sought to position the product alongside its high level of productive quality. Woodcut-style illustrations were developed by Californian illustrator Steven Noble, selected to convey a distinctive look and feel like it was produced in another era. The illustrations also tell the stories in an interconnected way, forming a single big scene. Chilean Burdeos maipo bottles guarantee differentiation from other wines besides the closure with wax, created specifically for the project. Paper, texture and printing finishes position the product as a classic, even if born in 2020.

A Revolução Farroupilha foi uma guerra travada no sul do Brasil de 1835 a 1845. Uma disputa que marcou a história e cultura da região como uma luta por ideais que até hoje são celebrados pelo seu povo. No berço territorial desta revolução nasceu a Guahyba Estate Wines. Unindo a história aos conceitos de inquietude e espírito inovador de Luis Wulff, proprietário da vinícola, criou-se o background para inspirar as histórias de revolução contadas em 3 vinhos que inspiram respectivamente 3 atos de guerra. Revolução, Bravura e Pacto. Momentos que expressam marcos desta guerra e que hoje são  homenageados para sempre nos rótulos da vinícola.

The Farroupilha Revolution was a war fought in southern Brazil from 1835 to 1845. A dispute that marked the history and culture of the region as a struggle for ideals that are still celebrated by its people today. In the territorial cradle of this revolution, Guahyba Estate Wines was born. Uniting history with the concepts of restlessness and innovative spirit of Luis Wulff, owner of the winery, the background was created to inspire the stories of revolution told in 3 wines that respectively inspire 3 acts of war. Revolution, Bravery and Pact. Moments that express milestones of this war and that today are honored forever on the labels of the winery.

To represent remarkable moments of the revolution, an illustration was developed divided into 3 revolution acts that symbolized the beginning, the middle and the end and distributed in the 3 labels that together formed an epic battle scene.
