Ste Michelle Wine Estates commissioned Steven Noble to render a new illustration for their label called Hawk Crest. Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars has produced Hawk Crest wines since 1974 with an eye towards crafting approachable, fruit forward wines of high quality and great value. This custom woodcut illustration includes a Red Hawk perching on a branch which are prevalent and symbolic in the Red Hills Lake County area of Northern California.
