Steven Noble was tasked to create a logo mark for Hot Cakes which is a Molten Chocolate Cakery organic dessert restaurant and brand located in Seattle, Washington. The custom illustration includes a paperboy walking and holding-up a newspaper up with his right hand with the words “Get Your Hot Cakes” printed on it. Two separate versions were created for simplified and detailed versions rendered in a scratchboard woodcut/engraving vintage style.
