JC Forster of Weston Heights commissioned Steven Noble to render a new logomark for an up and coming distillery called House of Applejay. This distillery specializes in Applejay Likor which is made from natural ingredients and sun-kissed apples grown at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains with added fresh fruit, herbs, and spices. The woodcut illustration includes a bear with wooden barrel.
