Meier’s Wine Cellar’s contacted Steven Noble to create a series of illustrations for their new line of stylish wine labels for Jakob Demmer that includes the Liebfraumilch (woman with baby), Auslese (German town), and Zeller Schwarze katz (black cat). The wine is produced in the heartland of Germany and includes three varietals. The illustrations were created in a bold woodcut style and reproduced at a size less than an 1” square and printed with a gold foil.
