Juicy Design commissioned Steven Noble to create a series of illustrations for Mcdonald’s for their “Create Your Taste” menus and posters.
McDonald’s Create Your Taste menu brings a new style of product to the brand; it utilizes a greater range of fresh ingredients and a customizable menu, ordered by a new self-order digital kiosk.
In some restaurants Create Your Taste is accompanied by an open preparation space, more commonly associated with boutique burger bars rather than international quick-service retail chains.
With this in mind, the interior décor and environmental graphics needed to reflect a more artisan approach to the presentation of this new product and style of service. The end result is a space where you can happily sit, relax and enjoy your food, soaking up the sounds of the sizzling patties and chatter of the staff as they make and prep your order… McDonald’s new stores have delivered an unexpected change.
All artwork was created in a scratchboard woodcut style by hand and supplied as eps vector files.
