Dossier commissioned Steven Noble to illustrate the new wine label illustration for Rugged Roots Wine that includes a grapevine as the centerpiece with a cross section of the roots. The illustration was created in a scratchboard woodcut style that required a more stylized weight to make the simplified root system punch out of the soil background with gold foil applied in the final label printing. The brand is part of the Constellation Brands.
