Hatch Design hired Steven Noble to create a new illustration for a new-to-the-world wine brand called Sabotage (Vintage Wine Estates) located in the Napa Valley, California. The goal was to create a classic illustration which included the lady of justice for both the packaging label and shipper boxes. I version was created that encompasses the entire figure with a cropped version used on the labels only. The Illustration was hand rendered in a classic steel-engraving style on scraper board.
