Steven Noble created this custom woodcut “hand-crafted” illustration for Scneider’s Helles Landbier packaging labels. The illustration includes the northeastern hilly Bavarian countryside with the wheat fields in the foreground and hop fields in the distance in a summerly atmosphere. With Schneider’s Bayrisch Hell, they continued the long Schneider family tradition of brewing lager beers - from their grandfather Georg IV to grandson Georg V and great-grandson Georg VI. Following the time-honoured family recipe from 1928, they have reinterpreted the original tried and tested, so called „Urtyp“ and created a new combination of an aromatic „Landbier-type“ and a refreshing „Bavarian Helles“.
