Short Mountain Distillery commissioned Steven Noble to create two custom illustrations for both their Short Mountain Shine and Short Mountain Apple Pie labels. The artwork harkens back to the old vintage historical "moonshine" era of the early twentieth century with two men working under the moonlight to create their whiskey. The artwork was hand-rendered on scratchboard and scanned into Photoshop with colors added digitally.
