Pollitt worked with the developers of South St Andrew Square to establish it as Edinburgh’s new restaurant destination. It’s a location full of character, right in the heart of the city. The historic garden square retains many of its original features amongst the blend of modern and traditional architecture. When completed, it’s going to be a major draw in a city already known for its cuisine.
Working with the amazing Steven Noble, he helped create a visual feast to match the dining opportunities on offer. The stunning illustrations fused animal and object to create some extraordinary images.
