Spring Koe line of Dutch cheeses, launched by the Dutch Cheese Makers Corporation, commissioned Steven Noble to illustrate these various labels. The wisdom of over 20 generations, the fine art of crafting masterful variations in flavor and texture, and the efficiencies of modern day manufacturing have helped to bring Dutch cheese making to a whole new level with the launch of this new line of cheese products. The illustrations were all handcrafted and applied to each of the labels.
