Steven Noble was commissioned by the owner of Tesoreria, a new restaurant bar located in a 1900 century Art historical Nouveau style building in Naples, Italy. The building has important cultural history and is the Neapolitan spirit linked to the kingdom of the two Sicilies and to the sovereigns who guided it, the Bourbons.
