The United States Preservation Society commissioned Steven Noble to their new logo mark. The society’s goal is rollback online censorship and protect consumer rights with their work being likened to Sisyphus which spotted that theme for the foundation’s brandmark. The aim was to create something similar to the engraved Americana look and style that can be found in all sorts of federal documents. Sisyphus is depicted pushing a very large boulder up a mountain in the classic sense of this mythical story.
