Steven Noble was tasked with illustrating a new label for Viansa Winery, established back in 1990 located in Sonoma (California), that includes their famous hilltop wine estate overlooking the rolling vineyard covered hills and wetlands which is a habitat for herons, egrets and geese. It is also an ode to the Sebastiani family's deep roots in both Tuscany and the Sonoma Valley. The illustration was created for their Heritage White Blend, Reserve, and Arneis labels. The artwork was created in a classic scratchboard engraving style.
