White Rabbit Brewery commissioned Steven Noble to render their new beer label called White Rabbit Jackalope Whisky Sour. The story behind the Jackalope starts in the leafy surrounds of Healesville, Victoria where the White Rabbit Brewery was born to be different occupying an imaginative space in the Yarra Valley. The beer is a soured Wheat Ale aged in Starward Whisky barrels give the beer a distinct whisky flavour with the sweetness and warmth of the whisky and oak combined with the soft lactic sourness. The illustration was hand-drawn and carved in a linocut style using etching knives.
